Thermal conductive potting silica encapsulant is a two-component silicone adhesive as the basic raw material, adding a certain proportion of heat-resistant and flame-retardant additives to cure to form a thermally conductive silicone encapsulant, which can reliably protect sensitive circuits and components for a long time within a wide range of temperature and humidity changes, and also has certain characteristics of anti-seismic, anti falling and dustproof.Thermally conductive silicone encapsulant can effectively improve the moisture-proof, insulation and vibration resistance of components and printed circuit boards; Its high and low temperature resistance, stress release, material strength and flame retardant characteristics ensure the long-term reliability of the components. It is suitable for heat conduction and sealing of electronic modules, power supplies, sensors, solar cells, LED drive modules, transformers and other occasions.

 

Process characteristics of thermally conductive silicone encapsulant; Comply with UL94 V-0, ROHS standards, PFOS, PFOA standards and HF requirements; Two component mixed use, fully deep curing; High temperature resistance, low shrinkage and expansion; Heat conduction, insulation, good dielectric properties; Anti vibration, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, free from environmental damage; Prevent mechanical damage and have repairability. After curing, it is semi-solid and has good adhesion to many substrates, which can achieve better bonding effect and ensure product quality. The two components can not achieve rapid gel curing. If the operation requires, it can be cured by heating. In this way, the time is relatively free and the curing is more thorough. The product performance is very good. No product will appear during the curing process, which well ensures the adhesion of the product. It not only has good adhesion, but also has excellent electrical insulation. It can be well used in industrial fields to achieve good potting effect.
