TP series thermal  conduction interface materials are used to fill the air gap between heating devices and heat sinks or metal bases. Their flexible and elastic characteristics enable them to cover very uneven surfaces. Its excellent performance enables heat to be transmitted from the heating device or the whole PCB to the metal shell or diffusion plate, thereby improving the efficiency and service life of the heating electronic components.

 

Thermal conductivity is related to thermal resistance, hardness and heat transmission path. If the thermal resistance of a thermal conductive pad with high thermal conductivity is high, the thermal conductivity effect of the two may be similar or not as good as that of a thermal conductive silica gel sheet with slightly low thermal conductivity but low thermal resistance. It can be seen that the thermal conductivity effect of the thermal conductive silica gel sheet is not only related to the thermal conductivity, but also related to the thermal resistance. The hardness of the thermal conductive silicone pad will also affect its thermal conductivity effect, because the softer thermal conductive silicone pad can produce more effective contact area than the hard thermal conductive silicone film under the same pressure, so the thermal conductivity is better.
