1.2W Thermal Conductive Pad Made Of Ceramic Filler And Silicone
TP 120 is an extremely soft gap filler pad, design to be a versatile thermal workhorse. With a shore hardness of 20 (00), and thermal conductivity of 1.2 W/ mK, TP 120 will not overstress applications and provide low contact resistance even in the most varying of applications.
Visible or invisible gaps will be generated between the heating material and the radiator. The thermal conductive silicon film is designed by using this gap. It can fill these gaps and transfer the heat of the heating part and the cooling part. Secondly, it can reduce vibration, insulate and seal the body.
The thermal conductive pad is characterized by flexibility and elasticity, so it has stronger thermal conductivity and filling ability than ordinary glass brazing cloth. It is sticky and easy to operate, which can save most of the manpower and time. Due to different K values, the thermal conductivity of thermal conductive pad can reach 10w/mk as high as 1w/mk as low as 1w/mk, with a large span and a wider range of application. If the thermal conductive silicon pad has the effect of heat conduction and heat dissipation, the use temperature is within the range of -40 to 160 ℃, the effect is better and the service life is longer.
