TP 120 is an extremely soft thermal conductive silicone pad, design to be a versatile thermal workhorse. With a shore hardness of 20 (00), and thermal conductivity of 1.2 W/ mK, TP 120 will not overstress applications and provide low contact resistance even in the most varying of applications.

 

The thermal runaway of new energy vehicle battery is the key factor to determine its safety, service life and cost! The working temperature of lithium-ion battery affects its service life. When the battery temperature is between 10~30 ℃, improper temperature will cause rapid decay of battery life. The large-scale power battery makes it difficult for its internal heat to dissipate, and it is more likely that the local temperature rise is too high, thus further accelerating the battery aging and shortening the battery life. 

 

Battery thermal management system is one of the key technologies to ensure the safety and life of power batteries.

 The main functions of the thermal management system include:

1. When the temperature of the battery system is too high, it can effectively dissipate heat to prevent thermal runaway accidents;

2. Preheat the battery when the temperature of the battery system is low, improve the battery temperature, and ensure the charging and discharging performance and safety at low temperature;

3. Reduce the temperature difference in the battery pack and prevent the battery from decaying too quickly at the high temperature position.

 

The product conforms to the European Union RoHS standard, and the working temperature is -40 ℃ ~160 ℃. Because it is particularly soft, it can better fill the gap, complete the heat transfer between the heat source and the heat dissipation part, increase the heat conduction area, and also play the role of shock absorption, insulation, sealing, etc. It can better meet the design requirements of miniaturization and ultra-thin equipment, and has a wide range of thickness application, especially suitable for automotive, display, computer, power supply and other electronic equipment industries.
