Heat Sink Thermal Grease, also known as heat dissipation paste, is a thermal conductive organosilicone grease composite made of organosilicone as the main raw material and materials with excellent heat resistance and thermal conductivity. The working temperature of Heat Sink Thermal Grease is generally not more than 200 ℃, the high temperature can reach 300 ℃, and the low temperature is generally about -60 ℃. Both thermal conductive silica gel and thermal conductive silicone grease are thermal interface materials.
Heat Sink Thermal Grease has excellent electrical insulation, excellent thermal conductivity, low oil separation (tending to zero), high and low temperature resistance, water resistance, ozone resistance and weather aging resistance. It is almost never cured, and can maintain the cream state for a long time at the temperature of -50 ℃ - +230 ℃. It is an ideal interstitial heat conducting medium for electronic components. The product has good process performance and can be directly applied. The construction methods can be brush coating, roller coating, automatic extrusion by dispensing machine or screen printing.

Clean the application surface first, then stir the silicone grease evenly, and then apply the silicone grease to the surface by dot coating, brushing or screen printing. If screen printing is used, it is recommended to use 60-80 mesh nylon screen, and a rubber scraper with a hardness of about 70. When coating, apply silicone grease at about 45 degrees to the coated surface. After the operation, unused products should be sealed and stored in time.
Shelf life & Storage:
Shelf life of the product is 6 months after date of shipment. Store in a cool, dry, well ventilated place.
