Nowadays, the performance of electrical appliances is getting better and better, which can meet the phenomenon of light weight, full performance and not easy to burn out after long-term use. The reason for this improvement is that the thermal conductive interface material is added in the manufacturing process to improve the performance of the radiator. This material is thermal conductive silicone grease.
Thermal conductive silicone grease is in paste form. Its performance remains unchanged before or after use. It has no adhesion and can adhere to the surface of the substrate to give play to its heat dissipation performance. But some customers will ask: why is there no stickiness? Will it fall off?
The main function of thermal conductive silicone grease is to fill the gap between the heating element and the radiator. Because the gap is very small, there will be air in these holes, and the air is a bad conductor, which will reduce the performance of the radiator. After using the thermal conductive silicone grease, it makes the heating element fully contact with the radiator, which can enhance the thermal conductivity and heat dissipation effect.
Why does the heat conducting silicone grease not fall off?
1. Strong viscosity: thermal conductive silicone grease is a material with relatively good viscosity. It is not easy to fall off when applied to the surface of the substrate. If it needs to be removed, it can be wiped clean with a paper towel or scraped off with a scraper.
2. Thin coating: thermal conductive silicone grease can only be coated with a thin coating with a thickness of no more than 3mm, and the thin thermal conductive silicone grease layer has stronger adhesion and is not easy to separate.
3. Fastening of base material: heat conductive silicone grease is applied between the heating element and the heat dissipation device. The heating element and the heat dissipation device need to be fixed with screws to achieve full contact. In this case, the heat conductive silicone grease will not fall off completely, so there is no need to worry about this problem.

Clean the application surface first, then stir the silicone grease evenly, and then apply the silicone grease to the surface by dot coating, brushing or screen printing. If screen printing is used, it is recommended to use 60-80 mesh nylon screen, and a rubber scraper with a hardness of about 70. When coating, apply silicone grease at about 45 degrees to the coated surface. After the operation, unused products should be sealed and stored in time.

Shelf life of the product is 6 months after date of shipment. Store in a cool, dry, well ventilated place.
