The thickness of thermal insulation pad is usually less than 0.3mm, and the breakdown voltage is required to be about 3KV, which is an excellent property for thermal insulation pad. Tc1500b thermal insulation pad has been greatly improved in this respect, and the withstand voltage reaches 10kV under the thickness of 0.3mm.

 

Tc1500b thermal insulation pad has excellent mechanical properties, anti puncture, impact damage, and tensile strength greater than 3000psi. Applied to small and irregular surfaces, it can be smoothed by using the minimum contact pressure to optimize the thermal conductivity. It is an thermal insulation pad with wide application range, high reliability and high cost performance.

 

Thermal insulation pads are used for high heat conducting insulating products, which are generally fixed by components with low fastening pressure. The thermal insulation pad is highly suitable for smooth surface and has high thermal conductivity, which minimizes the interfacial thermal resistance under low pressure. Applications with low tightening pressure include discrete semiconductor devices fixed with reeds. The smooth surface of the thermal insulation pads minimizes the thermal resistance of the interface, so as to obtain the maximum heat dissipation performance.
