Silicon Free Thermal Pad is a kind of soft heat conducting gap filling material without silicone oil. It has high thermal conductivity, low thermal resistance, high compressibility, conforms to Rosh standard, and has controllable hardness. It is free of small molecule volatilization of siloxane in the operating environment under pressure and heat, so as to avoid adsorption on PCB due to small molecule volatilization of siloxane, which indirectly affects the performance of the body. The silicon free thermal pad acts on the gap between the heat source and the radiator shell. Its good softness can effectively eliminate the interface air, reduce the thermal resistance and improve the heat conduction effect. It has stable performance, can work for a long time with very low oil yield, and has no silicone oil precipitation, which will not affect the reliability and stability of the product.
