The components and parts in the PV inverter have their rated operating temperature. If the inverter has poor heat dissipation performance, as the inverter continues to work, the heat of components and parts cannot be transferred to the outside, the temperature will become higher and higher. Too high a temperature will reduce the performance and service life of components and parts. In order to keep the operating temperature of components and parts inside the inverter within the rated temperature range and ensure the efficiency and service life, Heat conducting materials are required to transfer the internal heat of the inverter.


The main heating devices are: switch tube, magnetic core element, transformer, etc. Therefore, in order to ensure that the components can work normally under the rated temperature, the heat dissipation capacity of the system is very important. The inverter usually uses natural heat dissipation, which requires full contact between the heating element and the radiator to better transfer heat. Heat conducting materials are indispensable. Generally, Thermal Insulation Pad is used, which has small thermal resistance and good heat conducting effect.
