Nowadays, in order to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and environmental protection, automotive technology is developing in the direction of vehicle energy conservation, energy diversification, power electrification and emission cleaning. The power drive parts including IGBT, motor and engine are all in the front compartment of the vehicle. If the heat dissipation is not good and the over temperature protection is not timely, the IGBT module may be burned out due to overheating.


The heat dissipation of IGBT module of electric vehicle mainly includes air cooling and water cooling. Either way, a large number of heat conducting interface materials are required.
