In order to meet the needs of notebook computers, projectors and OA office electronic products, advanced industrial control and health electronics, automotive engine control equipment, telecommunications hardware and equipment and other special fields, the R & D team developed Silicone Free Thermal Pad after two high-temperature chemical treatments and vacuum treatment, which solved the problem of gas silicon oil precipitation. The TP-SF series developed is oil-free, pure and completely solves the problem of oil leakage. Silicone Free Thermal Pad is a silicone free volatile material, also known as pure non silicon thermal conductive pad. It is suitable for silicon sensitive applications. It has lower hardness than traditional non silicon materials, and provides higher deformation and higher thermal conductivity.

 

The reliability of silicon free thermal pad is higher. Why is the application scope relatively small? The reasons are as follows. First of all, the popularity of the concept of environmental protection is not high. The silicon free thermal pad is an environmental friendly product, which is pure, non corrosive and widely used. However, the thermal engineers' awareness of environmental protection really needs to be improved, and their understanding of new products is not enough. Secondly, the price of the silicon free thermal pad is slightly higher than that of the traditional thermal conductive silicone pad. At present, the manufacturers are pursuing the so-called "affordable" products with high profits and low costs.
