Utp100 series Ultra Soft thermal pad is processed by special process using silica gel and thermal conductive ceramic filler and glass fiber cloth as reinforcement material. The product has the characteristics of softness, tensile resistance and tear resistance, and has good compression and resilience. It can effectively fill the gap between devices to achieve heat dissipation effect and reduce the process requirements of heat dissipation structure. It can adapt to the changes of temperature and pressure and can be used stably for a long time. It is suitable for the heat dissipation design of automotive batteries.

 

Performance advantages of Ultra Soft thermal pad:

(1) Range and stability of thermal conductivity: the thermal conductivity of the thermal conductive pad is highly selective, ranging from 0.8w/k.m to... 3.0w/k.m, with stable performance and reliable long-term use;
(2) Bridging the process difference in structure and reducing the process difference requirements of radiator and heat dissipation structure parts: the thickness and soft hardness of heat conduction silica gel sheet can be adjusted according to different designs, so the size difference of heat dissipation structure and chip can be bridged in the heat conduction channel, reducing the work difference requirements for the contact surface of radiator parts in the structural design, especially the work difference for flatness and roughness, If the machining accuracy is improved, the product cost will be increased to a great extent. Therefore, the thermal pad can fully increase the contact area between the heat generator and the heat sink, and reduce the production cost of the radiator. In addition to the traditional PC industry, the new cooling scheme is to remove the traditional radiator and unify the structure and radiator into a cooling structure. In the PCB layout, the heat dissipation chips are arranged on the back, or in the front layout, heat dissipation holes are opened around the chips that need heat dissipation to guide the heat to the back of the PCB through copper foil, etc., and then heat conduction channels are filled to establish heat dissipation structures (metal supports, metal shells) below or on the side of the PCB, so as to optimize the overall heat dissipation structure and reduce the cost of the entire heat dissipation scheme.
