TC1500 Thermal Insulation Pad Silicone insulation conductive pad is high-performance,thermal conductive gap filling materials, mainly for the transmission interface between the electronic equipment,and heat sink or product outer coving. With nice stickiness,flexibility, good compression performance and excellent heat conductivity designed for it,it makes the products can discharge gas from the electronic original and heat sink, to achieve fully conforming and obviously cooling effect.

 

Thermally insulators pad is designed to be clean, grease-free, flexible and convenient assembly .The combination of a tough carrier material such as fiberglass or Polyimide and silicone rubber which is conformable, minimize the thermal resistance from the case of a power semiconductor such as MOSFET to the heat sink.

All TC1500B materials electrically isolate the semiconductor from the heat sink and have sufficient dielectric strength to withstand high voltage. They are also strong enough to resist puncture by the facing metal surface by screw driver and clip mounted applicationz


TC1500B is a heat cure, low thermal resistance tape. This double-layer low-modules silicone provides low contact resistance and superior adhesion designed to absorb assemble and application shock and vibrations. This unique blend of modulus and strength also reduces application stress due to CTE mismatch.
