TC1500B uses high-performance polymer and special filler technology to help optimize thermal conductivity and help customers store and use the material more conveniently.


TC 1500B is a heat cure, low thermal resistance tape. This double-layer low-modules silicone provides low contact resistance and superior adhesion designed to absorb assemble and application shock and vibrations. This unique blend of modulus and strength also reduces application stress due to CTE mismatch.

Tc1500b is a thermal insulation product with a thermal conductivity of 1.4w/mk. As an interface material, it can fill the gap and complete the heat transfer between the heating part and the cooling part. Their flexible and elastic characteristics enable it to be used to cover very uneven surfaces and play the role of insulation and shock absorption. In addition, it can be used in the temperature range of - 45 ~ 150. It also meets the requirements of UL94V0 flame retardant.

 

 

Thermal Insulation Pad is a cloth product made of silica gel and glass fiber through special process. Because of its excellent heat conduction, insulation and convenient assembly, it is widely used in electronic and electrical industries. When in use, Thermal Insulation Pad (heat-conducting silicone tape) of different thickness are selected to be cut according to the size and gap height of the heating interface, and placed at the gap between the heating interface and its components for heat-conducting insulation. Basic specification: 300mm*50m per roll, which can be cut into different sizes according to the needs of customers.
