TC 1500B is a heat cure, low thermal resistance tape. This double-layer low-modules silicone provides low contact resistance and superior adhesion designed to absorb assemble and application shock and vibrations. This unique blend of modulus and strength also reduces application stress due to CTE mismatch.

TC1500B thermal insulation pad is specially designed and manufactured for occasions requiring excellent heat transfer performance and insulation voltage resistance. It is a high-performance elastomer insulation material with glass fiber as reinforcement. It has excellent cutting resistance and excellent thermal conductivity. It is widely used in electronic and electrical industries.
When in use, thermal insulation pad of different thickness are selected to be cut according to the size and gap height of the heating interface, and placed at the gap between the heating interface and its components to act as heat conductive and insulating media. Back glue products can also be selected for easy use.

 

The insulation performance of thermal insulation pad is closely related to temperature. The higher the temperature, the worse the insulation performance of the thermal insulation material. In order to ensure the insulation strength, each insulation strength has an appropriate higher allowable working temperature. At this temperature, it can be used safely for a long time. If it exceeds this temperature, it will age rapidly.
