TC1500B Thermal insulation pads is an interface material that not only conducts heat but also provides good insulation. It is made of ultra-thin glass fiber cloth composite as the substrate and coated with ultra-high filling ceramic powder.


Glass fiber cloth does not conduct heat by itself. It is mainly used in insulating and conducting silicone film to resist tearing, but it will also increase the thermal resistance of thermal insulation pads. The thicker the glass fiber cloth is, the greater the thermal resistance will undoubtedly be, and the thermal resistance is one of the main performance parameters that affect the heat conduction effect. Therefore, if you want to have good thermal conductivity, you must use ultra-thin glass fiber cloth, or even the thinner the better. An insulating thermal conductive silicon film with good thermal conductivity must be ultra-thin with ultra-low thermal resistance. Tc1500b series thermal insulation pads uses imported ultra-thin glass fiber cloth with a thickness of only 0.03mm.

 

Thermal Insulation Pad has both heat conducting function and insulation function. Different from thermall pad, the thermal insulation pad can withstand higher breakdown voltage under the condition of limited thickness.
