TG series thermal grease is a high thermally conductive grease. With superior wetting capabilities, contact resistance is minimized. When these characteristics are combined with its ability to resist pump out, TG Series thermal grease is suitable for a myriad of applications.
Thermal conductive silicone grease is a kind of material used to fill the gap between CPU and heat sink, which is also called thermal interface material. Its function is to transmit the heat emitted by the CPU to the heat sink, keep the CPU temperature at a stable working level, prevent the CPU from being damaged due to poor heat dissipation, and extend the service life. In the application of heat dissipation and heat conduction, even two planes with very smooth surfaces will have gaps when they are in contact with each other. The air in these gaps is a poor conductor of heat, which will hinder the conduction of heat to the heat sink. Thermal conductive silicone grease is a kind of material that can fill these gaps and make the heat conduction more smooth and rapid.
There are many types of silicone grease on the market. Different parameters and physical properties determine different uses. For example, some are applicable to CPU heat conduction, some are applicable to memory heat conduction, and some are applicable to power supply heat conduction. The liquid part of thermal conductive silicone grease is composed of silica gel and silicone oil. Most products in the market use dimethyl silicone oil as raw material, while the boiling point of dimethyl silicone oil is between 140 ° C and 180 ° C, which is prone to volatilization and oil leakage, leaving traces of grease on the circuit board. Grease detachment may make the customer feel that the silicone grease is dry.

Clean the application surface first, then stir the silicone grease evenly, and then apply the silicone grease to the surface by dot coating, brushing or screen printing. If screen printing is used, it is recommended to use 60-80 mesh nylon screen, and a rubber scraper with a hardness of about 70. When coating, apply silicone grease at about 45 degrees to the coated surface. After the operation, unused products should be sealed and stored in time.
