TC-900S is the high-performance Thermally Conductive Electrically Isolating material reinforced with glass fiber, which has excellent cut through resistance and excellent thermal resistance. It can be used in electronic and electrical applications that require both thermal conductivity and electrical insulation.

 

With the high-tech electronic components of electronic products becoming more and more efficient and integrated with high power, the requirements for heat dissipation are becoming higher and higher, and the heat conducting insulator is receiving more and more attention. The switching power supply module is the modular packaging of discrete components on the switching power supply, so as to form a modular power supply with smaller volume and higher power density. The high-frequency switching power supply module operates at high frequency through MOSFET or IGBT, and the switching frequency is generally controlled within the range of 50-100khz to achieve high efficiency and miniaturization. High frequency switching power supply usually has large power loss. In order to dissipate heat, it is often necessary to install a radiator or directly on the power supply backplane. During device installation, insulating sheets with good thermal conductivity shall be used for insulation and heat conduction. 

 

Although there are various types of Electrical Insulation Sheet, there are basically only two types of thermal insulation sheets used for the installation of power amplifier power tubes (power devices), namely, mica insulation sheets and silicone (silica gel) insulation sheets. Although ceramics have advantages in thermal conductivity and insulation, if only used in power amplifiers, they are inferior to mica and silica gel.
