The Silicone Free Thermal Pad TP-SF does not contain silicone oil, and there is no volatilization of siloxane. When used at high temperature, the traditional thermal conductive silicone sheet will have silicone oil precipitated and attached to the product, which will affect the performance and stability of the product. In particular, for precision optical equipment, the volatilization of silicone oil has a more obvious impact on the product. For the LED industry, the volatilization of silicone oil will directly lead to light failure, while the Silicone Free Thermal Pad TP-SF does not have this problem, and there is no volatilization of siloxane and no trouble of light failure, Ensure the stability of the product.

 

The Silicone Free Thermal Pad TP-SF has good softness and high-pressure shrinkage, which can make the heat source and heat sink contact more closely, exhaust air, reduce thermal resistance and improve thermal conductivity. Compared with the traditional thermal conductive silicone sheet, the density should be lower, reduce the overall weight of the product, and more in line with the development trend of product lightness and thinness.
