TP-SF silicone oil-free heat transfer pad is a non volatile heat transfer pad that does not contain silicone oil. It is suitable for optical instruments and applications sensitive to silicone oil. Silicone oil will leak out after the traditional heat transfer pad is heated. The silicone oil-free heat transfer pad completely solves the problem of oil leakage. Silicone Free Thermal Pad has low hardness and is suitable for filling the gap with uneven and high accumulated tolerance. The basic specification is 200mm*400mm, which can be cut into different sizes according to the needs of customers.
Compared with the traditional thermal conductive gasket, the Silicone Free Thermal Pad has the same excellent thermal conductivity and also has the advantage that the traditional thermal conductive gasket lacks - no silicone oil (which can be called no low molecular siloxane content), so it will not cause volatilization and pollution. Compared with traditional thermal conductive gaskets, non silicon thermal conductive gaskets have very important characteristics, especially in silicon sensitive industries such as optical industry and medical equipment.
The Silicone Free Thermal Pad is green, environment-friendly, pollution-free, and free of siloxane volatilization. It has successfully passed the RoHS and reach tests in Europe. In terms of performance, it has low thermal resistance, high thermal conductivity, high insulation and high pressure shrinkage. AOK has independently developed Silicone Free Thermal Pad. Compared with traditional thermal conductive gaskets, the obvious advantage of non silicon thermal conductive gaskets is that the content of low molecular siloxane is 0. The problem of silicon oil volatilization that many engineers worry about has been eliminated.
