TP 120 is an extremely soft gap filler pad, design to be a versatile thermal workhorse. With a shore hardness of 20 (00), and thermal conductivity of 1.2 W/m.K, TP 120 will not overstress applications and provide low contact resistance even in the most varying of applications.
 
The thermal conductive material used in the traditional heat dissipation mode is silicone grease. The thermal conductive silicone grease is relatively economical in cost and has a good thermal conductivity effect. However, when a large area of coating is required, it can not be evenly applied, which may pollute the components to a certain extent. Therefore, it is not an ideal material for heat conduction of LED lamps. The soft thermal conductive pad is used in the contact between the heat dissipation copper clad plate and the heat sink or the metal bracket lamp and the metal shell, which can pave a large area and is easy to operate. A variety of thickness options are available, and high compression ratio can effectively transfer heat to the radiator. At present, led thermal conductive silicone pad is widely used in high-power LED lamps and lanterns, and the working temperature is generally -40 ℃ ~ 160 ℃. The thermal conductive silicone pad has the technical characteristics of high compression ratio, self-adhesive surface, easier installation, weather resistance and high pressure resistance. The heat transfer effect is obvious, which reduces the internal temperature of the device for long-term operation, greatly improves the service life of LED lamps, reduces the loss of light and heat energy, and reduces the light attenuation to a certain range. Improve the efficiency of LED lamps, such as service life, lumen, ambient temperature, etc.
